I’m truly looking forward to joining NCHA as Executive Director on May 1, 2019 and thank you for allowing me to continue to be of service to such a legendary and special organization. Over the past 20 years I have enjoyed a very close working relationship with NCHA from a business opportunities perspective and it has allowed me to get to know many members and staff and to better understand the culture of the Association.

In the early months, considerable effort will be spent learning the business operations, traveling across the USA and globe to meet and visit with members, and formulating strategies to address the many needs of the Association. In addition, the NCHA team will focus on delivering an outstanding experience and helping address the many diverse needs of affiliates and members located around the world.

As you may be aware, there has been a resignation in the finance area of the Association. One of the first priorities will be to hire a finance professional to ensure that the fiscal matters of NCHA are appropriately and efficiently managed. Another top priority will be to understand how NCHA staff can better serve affiliates in order to deliver additional value to Association members who have such an extraordinary passion for cutting horses and competitions.

I look forward to getting to know you and welcome your insight and input. Please do not ever hesitate to contact me directly should you have questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

NATIONAL CUTTING HORSE ASSOCIATION
