NCHA announces the John Justin Arena as the venue for the 2025 NCHA Metallic Cat World Championship Futurity.

Fort Worth, TX — The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) proudly announces the 2025 NCHA Metallic Cat World Championship Futurity will take place inside the John Justin Arena at the Will Rogers Memorial Center.

With renovations continuing at the historic Will Rogers Coliseum, this year’s Futurity will temporarily relocate. NCHA is committed to ensuring the event maintains its prestige, tradition, and the world-class atmosphere of cutting’s largest stage.

“Our staff and show team have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this transition as seamless as possible,” said NCHA Executive Director Jay Winborn. “While the setting may be different, the Futurity will continue to provide the same world-class experience our members and fans expect.”

Venue & Schedule

  • Dates: November 10 – December 6, 2025
  • Arena: John Justin Arena
  • Western Bloodstock Futurity Sales: December 1–6 in Watt Arena
  • NCHA World Finals: November 21–22 and November 26–29 — the historic last performances in Watt Arena before the event permanently moves to the John Justin Arena following Coliseum renovations.

To better support competitors and families, the final rounds of the Non-Pro and Open divisions will be held Friday and Saturday evenings, allowing participants to enjoy Thanksgiving with loved ones.
