NCHA welcomes Of The West as the Official Job Platform of NCHA

NCHA WELCOMES OF THE WEST AS THE OFFICIAL JOB PLATFORM OF THE NCHA

FORT WORTH – The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) announces a new partnership with Of The West as the Official Job Platform of the NCHA.

Created in 2020, Of The West is a job platform solely dedicated to positions and employees in the agriculture and western industries. From farm, ranch, and equine jobs to careers in western sports, ag business, and everything in between, Of The West was built to change the way we find jobs and hire employees in the agriculture and western industries.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with such an iconic organization as the National Cutting Horse Association,” said Jessie Jarvis, founder and CEO of Of The West. “Our whole reason for existing is to connect people. We want to make it easier to find the right people and the right jobs within our industry, and also to make careers in our industry easier to find by those who may not have grown up in ag or western but have a passion for keeping it alive. That, coupled with NCHA’s mission to celebrate the cutting horse and honor centuries’ worth of western heritage, and the salt of the earth people behind it, are such a seamless fit, and I’m looking forward to what opportunities we can create together.”

Of The West proudly serves members of the ag and western industries from coast to coast, in both the United States and Canada, offering job postings for entry-level internships all the way through advanced full-time employment. An added benefit of this partnership is NCHA members can save 10 percent when posting a job on Of The West using the code NCHA2022.

“Of The West and NCHA share the same passions for preserving and growing the western industry,” said Jay Winborn, NCHA executive director. “This partnership will be a great service to our members when finding new positions or looking for employees as the industry continues to grow, and we are looking forward to a longstanding relationship.”
