Online Foal Nomination

Use this form to quickly nominate all your foals without needing to download / print a form! 

If you plan to use ACH, remember that the daily ACH limit is $20,000.

Step by Step

1. The membership number of the person / business nominating is required.  You can search by number, "last name, first name" or "first name last name" or any part of the business.
2. Entering the Foal Date will populate the Stallion List based on the foal breeding year.  Select the foal's sire from the list.  You can type letters or use the down arrow and mouse to click.  If the stallion's name isn't listed, check the online stallion list - and check the foaling date.  (If you change the year of the foaling date, the stallion drop down will reset and you have to pick from the new list.)
3. Search the foal's Dam by name or number.  If there are no records returned, type in the Dam Name and Registration number in the fields to the right.
4. Type in the Foal Name.  Pending is fine if you have not yet received registration information back from the Breed Registry.
5. Type in the Registration number.  n/a is fine if the foal is pending.  If you have pending case #, feel free to put that in instead of n/a.
6. Click the +ADD NOMINATION BUTTON to add another foal or proceed directly to check out.

Useful / Helpful Hints

• Use TAB key to quickly move to the next field.
• SHIFT + TAB will take you backwards through the fields.
• The number of foals you can add is limited only by the $20,000 daily ACH Limit or the limit on your Credit Card.
• The total due increases at the bottom as you add foals.
