Welcome New CFO
Barb Benedum
NCHA wishes to extend a warm welcome to Barb Benedum, Chief Financial Officer.
"I am excited to join the NCHA team and be a part of one of the finest equine associations in the country. I plan to use my education and experience, combined with my passion for the equine industry, to further the NCHA mission and goals," says Ms. Benedum.
Barb comes to NCHA with extensive experience in Finance and Accounting. For the last seven years, Barb was the Treasurer for The Ohio Quarter Horse Association, home of The All American Quarter Horse Congress. In her role at OQHA, she worked with a team that facilitated some of the largest horse shows in the country. Barb also worked with committees to organize and implement long-term strategic plans, including the development of The Ohio Quarter Horse Foundation. It is through this experience that Barb hopes to continue to grow the NCHA long-term goals and financial obligations.
