          Responsibilities of all Officers
·         Assist the association in reaching its mission and purpose. 
·         Determine goals at the beginning of the term of service and set forth a plan of action to accomplish those goals. 
·         Educate the membership about current topics and NYCHA programs.
·         Provide leadership for NYCHA programs or delegate that leadership role to another capable officer or director. 
·         Provide directors and members with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. 
·         Keep the members involved, provide a friendly atmosphere, promote good sportsmanship, and recognize members for their hard work or achievements.
·         Maintain open lines of communication. 
·         Communicate frequently with the NCHA Youth Coordinator and NYCHA Area Directors.
