(Fort Worth, TX) — The newest addition to the list of NCHA corporate sponsors comes in the way of a Texas company with a longstanding reputation for quality outerwear.

The National Cutting Horse Association is proud to welcome Walls Industries Inc. as the "Official Outerwear of the NCHA." Walls, which was founded in Dallas, Texas, just after the Depression, has evolved into a respected international manufacturing conglomerate that stands as a world leader in the production of insulated outerwear and hunting apparel. Now headquartered in Cleburne, Texas, the Walls label continues to be synonymous with premium quality rugged outdoor garments.

The announcement comes in time for Walls to join the 2001 NCHA World Championship Futurity festivities November 27 - December 16 in Fort Worth, Texas.

"Walls' commitment to the NCHA demonstrates our dedication to promoting and preserving the western way of life. Walls Rugged Wear is very excited and proud to be the official outerwear of the NCHA," stated Walls' Vice President of Sales & Marketing Ron Sutton.

"We are very excited about our new partnership with Walls Industries," said Clay Murray, NCHA Director of Marketing/Media. "Walls is recognized here and aboard for their high-quality jackets and hunting outerwear, and with the tremendous amount of time our members spend outdoors, we believe this partnership is a great fit for NCHA."

Walls makes it their business to be the dominant resource for outdoor lifestyle apparel through superior customer service, innovation and diversification. Their commitment to delivering products and services that contribute to the success of their customers means Walls can and will deliver the quality that NCHA members have come to expect from the line of NCHA corporate sponsors. The National Cutting Horse Association was created in 1946 by a small group of cowboys and ranchers who depended on the skill and athleticism of good cutting horses for everyday operations on their ranches. The mission of the NCHA was then and stands today, to promote and regulate the showing of cutting horses in the contest arena.

From the founding 13 members of 1946 to now over 14,000 members in the United States and 19 foreign countries, the NCHA has established itself as a major player by offering more than 1,400 approved shows for its members annually with $25 million in purse money on the line.
