(Fort Worth, TX) — Chevy Trucks has been a loyal NCHA sponsor for years, providing millions of dollars worth of cash and prizes to National Cutting Horse Association members.

Their support of the NCHA grew last year when they gave away top-of-the-line trucks to competitors at the Chevy Trucks Eastern and Western National Championships. Chevy Trucks has stepped up their support once again for 2002 in the way of a new prize program for all NCHA members.

This year, each person who purchases a 2002 NCHA membership is automatically entered to win a new Chevy Duramax Diesel crew-cab Truck. In addition, each time you win a check in an NCHA-approved cutting horse contest during the 2002 point year, you will automatically receive an additional entry in the giveaway. So if you go to a show and win checks in three classes, you get three more chances to win.

Plus, in the Open, Novice Horse and $2,000 Limited Rider classes, both the horse owner and the rider will receive additional entries in the truck giveaway when a check is earned.

The winner of the Chevy Truck will be selected in a random drawing conducted during the 2002 Chevy Trucks / NCHA World Championship Futurity. You need not be present to win, but the more checks you win at cuttings throughout the year, the more chances you will have to be driving a brand new, deluxe Chevy Duramax Diesel Truck this time next year.

Chevy Trucks will continue to be the title sponsor of the Eastern and Western National Championships in 2002. In addition, Chevy Trucks will also be the title sponsor of the 2002 World Championship Futurity, scheduled for November 27 - December 15, 2002.
