Gary Gonsalves (pictured) and DMAC Snoop Dog are leading the pack at the Brazos Bash. Gonsalves posted the high score in the first round of the Open Derby for owners David and Stacie McDavid.

NCHA Members Hall of Fame Inductee Helen Groves of Baird, Texas, received the Ranching Heritage Association's Golden Spur Award last weekend.

NCHA member John "Skip" Standley of Magnolia, Texas, passed away on Saturday. A scholarship fund has been established in his memory.

A fund has been established to help NCHA member Robin Klesges of Millsap, Texas, who was severely injured in an attack in her home.
